This last month was a really good one. I achieved every goal I set. The first goal I set was to make at least $10.00 for the month of February. I reached that goal before the end of the month with a little over a week to go.
Since I reached my goal I set another goal which was to reach $15.00 by the end of the month. I completed that goal with earning a total of $18.13 in Adsense earnings for the month of February.
In my last report I wrote how I made over $2.00 in a day for the first time. Since then I have done it a few more times. So I then set a goal to reach over $3.00 in a day (I didn't set a time limited on that). You will just have to wait until the next report to find out if I succeeded. I already know the answer to that.
So every goal I set for that month I reached. See why its important to set goals? It gives you something to work towards and when you do complete those goals you can set your next goal higher. Every time you complete a goal that means you are earning more money and getting closer to make a good living from blogging.
You also feel a sense of accomplishment when you complete goals. It gives you the drive to keep on going. It also gives you hope that your dream of making good money from blogging will be accomplished in time. At the rate my traffic is growing, and my earnings are increasing I am very confident I will reach finical freedom just from blogging. The great thing is I enjoy it. I am passionate about the subject I blog about. My blog has actually transformed from a blog to a website. It really isn't just a blog anymore. I have seen so much improvement in such a short amount of time and its great.
Not everyone should expect my results. As I have said before most blogs fail in the first year. However if you put into practice some of the things I am doing failure doesn't have to happen to you. Its important to keep at it, and write good content. If you love what your doing and it doesn't feel like a chore, or like work, you will significantly increase your chances of succeeding
So lets get to my earnings report.
Feb. 18th earnings: 0.53 - should of been much higher, I had 4 clicks but a very low CPC %
Feb. 19th earnings: 0.93
Feb. 20th earnings: 1.28
Feb. 21st earnings: 0.30
Feb 22nd earnings: 1.17
Feb 23rd earnings: 0.18
Feb 24th earnings: 0.06
Feb 25th earnings: 0.09
Feb 26th earnings: 0.43
Feb 27th earnings: 0.06
Feb 28th earnings: 0.39
I did see a drop in earnings starting the 23rd but I know why. There is a problem with my google+ page connected. I am trying to get it fixed so I can get that back. Even if I am unable to get the google+ page back I am sure earnings will recover. However these are unexpected things that can happen.
For my March goal I was to earn at least $20.00 from Adsense for the month. If I didn't have the problem with google+ I would say no problem. However this will be a good challenge since I no longer have the google+ page connected with my website.
I am expecting to have reached my 100.00 threshold by April. So I should have the payment deposited in my bank in May. Right now I am a few cents short of $62.00
